• No pets or smoking in apartments. A car is not essential - but free parking is available if required.
• Booking is confirmed on receipt of 25% deposit. Balance due within 4 weeks of start of rental together with refundable security deposit of £200 against damage/loss. This will be returned within 7 days of you returning keys subject to no losses or breakages.If booking is made within 4 weeks of start, 100% payment is required.
• Cancellation charges:
  8 weeks before arrival = 25% of rental
  4 weeks before arrival = 50% of rental
  2 weeks before arrival = full rental.
• Prices may be subject to change at owner's discretion
• Usual changeover day - Saturday or Sunday or by agreement, arrival after 3pm - depart by 10:00 am or by special arrangement.
• Local charge for cleaning at end of stay: EU50 for studio, EU60 for luxury apt.
• Resident guardian on site
