Culture? There is a world famous art collection in the Chateau de La Napoule, where also during summer, opera, ballet and theatre performances are held. There are museums, concerts, festivals and historical places like the old towns in Nice, Antibes and St-Jean Cap Ferrat - home of the fabulous Rothschild Villa Ephrussi still famous today for its regular concerts and soirees. Vist the city of “art, light & activity”, Aix en Provence, on the site of the ancient Roman town.  Not forgetting the glamorous Croisette in Cannes with its cafes and Film Festival Palace.

 
Or, picturesque Vence, the beautiful art towns of St Paul de Vence, Mougins and Eze.  There are exhibitions featuring Picasso, Monet, Cézanne, Van Gough and other famous artists who made their homes in Provence.  The perfume town of Grasse, the Casino in Monte Carlo and exciting Italy are only a few miles away.
